HR Generalist Position Available

Granite County Medical Center (GCMC) is seeking a Human Resource Generalist.  This person will provide human resources consultation and support.  Will use knowledge of various human resources functions, including staffing, compensation, benefits, training and employee relations to provide tactical HR support. Acts as a liaison to other human resources functions when necessary.  Must be familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Attention to detail a must. Will report to the CEO.  Performs other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree; with a focus on human resource management with 1 to 3 years of work experience OR Equivalent education/related experience required. Demonstrates knowledge of Montana laws and regulations related to human resource management.

Position Available for a Relief Van Driver

Granite Co. Hospital District has an opening for a relief van driver. The position is “as needed” and is non-benefited with no guaranteed hours or schedule. Pay is $11.00/hr. A Montana driver’s license is required. Position requires the ability to follow oral – written instructions, strong customer service skills, and attention to detail. Granite Co. Hospital Dist. is a drug free work place and an EEO employer. Both driving record and background checks will be performed as well as a DOT drug test. Certified Nurse Aide Position Available

QUALIFICATIONS: Granite County Medical Center (GCMC) is seeking 2 full-time CNA.  Employer would like someone who is caring, enthusiastic and dedicated to providing quality care to the residents and patients. Must be a certified nurse aide and previous experience is preferred. DUTIES:  If you enjoy working with a team and caring for people, we would like to talk to you!  Mandatory drug testing and background check are required. HOURS/SHIFT:   Full-time, 36-40 hours per week.  Primarily day shift to include weekends.  WAGE: Starting at $9.50 per hour, adjusted higher for experience and qualification. BENIFTS: To be discussed at time of interview.
