Long Term Care

The GCMC Long Term Care Facility is home to many mothers, fathers, grandmothers and grandfathers. With a maximum of only 23 residents, we are able to provide focused, individualized attention to each and every person entrusted to our care.

Respite and hospice care are also available. The GCMC Long Term Care Facility provides an activities program with two transportation vans to facilitate outings and special trips.

Our dining program allows for flexibility in resident daily schedules and provides home cooked meals daily and special events the residents and their families look forward to.

Residents in need of a doctor’s visit, a laboratory test, xray, or physical therapy do not have to leave the premises for their care. They can be accommodated right down the hallway!
